The brand is aimed at empowering, inspiring, motivating and guiding people to become the best version of themselves - mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It is aimed at raising people to live beautiful lives filled with love, divine connection, gratitude, confidence, focus, brilliance and happiness.

Your life is yours to create. We are indeed cosmically free to live into our full potential on the planet. I am here to guide you through a journey within yourself, to greater self awareness and thus greater self mastery.
Mental Freedom
Understand that you are not inside your mind. Your mind is a tool inside you. It does not control you, you control it. Much like any physical tool, you can use your mind when needed and quieten it when its not needed. You can create a fertile mind to create a positive life. Changing our thoughts, and perceptions is key to changing how we create and respond to life. Synchroshakti is aimed at helping you create this mental garden and learn to take a break from the mind all together.

What is it like to face life's challenges, feel the pain that life's growing lessons brings us, but never feel an ounce of suffering in life. To know that life brings with it, its ups and downs, and flowing with that, learning from it, and growing into our highest form of appreciation, love and divine connection, is to be spiritually free, where there is no resistance, no regret, but gratitude and the strife to come back to the spiritual core of all things and experience the states of peace, love and joy.
Emotional Freedom
To feel emotions, is to be human. To supress, deny, cover up or negatively judge yourself for feeling emotions is to deny yourself of learning, growing, evolving and more so being human. It is perfectly alright to feel emotional, however it is vital to not keep your emotions inside your system. You see, emotions is like liquid, and your body is like a container. If you keep denying how you feel, or bottle things up or push it under the rug, then the liquid builds up and up, unconsciously affecting several areas of your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, until the vessel tips over, and you hit the stress point and see manifest illness and disorder. Synchroshakti is aimed at allowing you to better deal with and manage your emotions.
