Under the brand name "Synchroshakti", Kartika performs full one hour of higher conscious and kirtan music concerts, where she sings and plays guitar, usually accompanied by one or more other instrumentalists, who join her in increasing the vibration of the audience, by performing her renditions of Vedic mantras, schlokas and higher conscious music. Higher consciousness refers to the state of love, gratitude, bliss and joy. Higher conscious music has lyrics and sounds that empower people to tap into these states during the concert.
